PullUp is an app for finding car meets, opening in Los Angeles first in spring 2027. Right now this site runs only the PullUp waitlist. This page explains what the waitlist collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you join the list: your email address and zip code.

Anything you choose to add: your scenes, how you would use PullUp, what you drive, and what would make you pull up.

How you found us, when the link you followed says so (for example ?ref=instagram), the time you signed up, and your number on the list.

This site uses no cookies or ad trackers. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sees the page, the site that sent you, your country, browser and device type, without cookies and without identifying you. It also counts each new signup with the tag of the link you came from, never your email or zip code.

If you allow it, your browser also remembers the tag of the link that first brought you here (for example ig-reel-1) for 30 days, so a signup on a later visit still counts for that link. It is deleted when you sign up, and nothing is remembered if you say no. “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the home page changes your answer.

Your browser keeps a copy of your stamp (your number, zip code and signup time) so the page can show it again. That copy stays on your device; “Use a different email” or clearing this site’s data removes it.

Like any website, our hosting providers process technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep it secure.

To stop automated signups, the waitlist keeps a one-way scrambled form of your network address, never the address itself, for about an hour after you join. Then it is deleted.

How we use it

To email you about PullUp: when it opens near you and when you are invited.

To decide where PullUp opens next, using zip codes.

To build the right app, using the optional answers.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.

Who handles it

Supabase stores the waitlist in the United States, and Vercel hosts this site and counts its visits. When we send launch emails, an email delivery service will process your address to send them. We share your information otherwise only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until PullUp opens near you and you have had the chance to join, or until you ask us to delete it. If PullUp never launches, we delete the list.

Your choices

Email hello@usepullup.com to see, correct or delete your signup. We confirm the request from the address on the list before changing anything.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

California

We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms. Because we do not track you across websites, Do Not Track signals change nothing here.

Children

PullUp is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has joined the list, email hello@usepullup.com and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and its date. If a change affects how we use what you have already given us, we email you first.
